The Marketing Module (MKT) is designed to identify and track the marketing opportunities from the “UFO / IFO” stage until they concretize into an awarded contract.

This Module provides on-line control on the status of each opportunity by Business line, responsible business development-lead, type of job, location, and type of services.

It also provides cross-reference with the correspondence issued and received in the DMS module for each opportunity, and meetings held.

Quick Go/Get evaluation feature using red or green light concept is used to determine if it is worthwhile to proceed with an opportunity.

The MKT module measures the marketing effort and the performance of the Business Development staff. The proposal for an opportunity is then produced using the Proposal Preparation (PPS) module.

The Marketing module is linked to the Resource Management Module (LEX), allowing a quantification of the company revenue, pipeline, margin and profit forecast.
