The Proposal Module (PPS) is a tool for coordinating preparation of proposal.

It provides information on the company’s previous experience, personnel resumes, proposal standard write-ups and proposal costs.

It contains company project history, office locations, lines of business, professional associations, security clearance, and client information.

It maintains control of all legal documentation and allows on-line monitoring and review of each section of a proposal, avoiding duplication of data and providing on-line status and coordination of the preparation of a proposal.
